ART + WINE + CHEESE: Nepenthe Gallery is delighted to present the Alexandria Experience Collection

We put out a “Call to Artists” inviting those interested to submit an original artwork of any type that reflects affection, fondness, and/or respect for Alexandria, VA.  We received more than 100 submissions from artists all over the world!  Many thanks to the artists who submitted artworks and to our Jury Committee who reviewed and assessed each of the 100+ pieces.  The Jury Committee consisted of artists, art collectors, art curators, art historians, museum directors, and other leaders in the arts industry.  The Collection includes more than eight different mediums from oil and acrylic painting to glass, photography, linoleum cuts and more!  The artworks in our Alexandria Experience Collection will be on view and for sale at Nepenthe Gallery beginning September 24, 2026.  The entire Collection will also be available for purchase online at shop.nepenthegallery.com starting in October, 2026.
