Patty Owens, Art Historian, Former Docent at the National Gallery of Art for 40+ years, Collector and Nepenthe Gallery Curator presents a gallery discussion of the masterpiece “Les Regates” by impressionist painter Theodore Earl Butler. “Les Regates” is one of the works in Owens’ private collection and is currently on view at Nepenthe Gallery.
