Among the exhibition highlights are more than two dozen fine art photographs from the late Phil Ceccola, renowned for his striking early images of Springsteen. Ceccola documented some of the most iconic moments of Springsteen’s career beginning with the artist’s earliest performances at The Main Point in 1973. Many featured works capture Springsteen during his rare “bearded years” and throughout the mid-1970s. Although Ceccola passed away in 2003, his brother Russ Ceccola has made available a selection of previously unseen photographs including a very early Bruce Springsteen wearing two different shoes because he couldn’t afford to buy a new pair of sneakers. Springsteen also selected one of Ceccola’s images for the cover of his acclaimed box set Tracks.

In addition to Ceccola’s work, the exhibition will showcase photographs by other noted Springsteen photographers, including Alex Lowy and Mark Weiss, whose classic image of Springsteen performing in front of Philadelphia City Hall will be on display. Visitors will also have the opportunity to view and purchase a specially curated collection of rare memorabilia, including hand-signed items, vintage concert posters and other collectible artifacts spanning Springsteen’s legendary career.
