Annapolis-based architect and watercolorist William (Bill) Sutton studied architecture at the University of Michigan and did graduate studies at Rice University, where he continued to develop his artistic skills in sketching and watercolor. Bill’s work reflects his passion for landscapes, architecture, the sea, and sailboats.
