Caroline Rufo creates paintings, installations, and performances. A New England artist, she explores the natural beauty, ideas, and systems of power that create her surroundings. Caroline shares, “My creative practice is about uncovering and expressing hidden information. The ideas we carry create our experiences. The world we live in contains additional systems of power and economics. I try to uncover invisible systems so I can see and reflect on them in my artwork.”
