DESCRIPTION:\nAnne Meagher-Cook is an “en plein air painter” (an artist who paints outdoors) who, in her own words, “…aims to express the essence of a place and moment in time—— reflecting the light, colors, mood and feel.”  In her new studio work, she mostly works from imagination and explores the tonalist style.
